Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Districts 1-3 of Anne Arundel County families with a child 21 year or younger diagnosed with IDD who are not enrolled in the Autism Waiver, do not receive DDA services from other providers, and have not participated in the Adopt-A-Family program in the last 12 months.

- Grants cover urgent and meaningful needs such as medical expenses, therapies, summer camps, assistive technology, or other essential services that improve quality of life, utility shutoff prevention, and eviction prevention
- Applications accepted in February and August; submission does not guarantee approval
- Grants awarded based on severity of need, past participation of The Family Fund or Adopt-A-Family Programs, and available funding
