Individuals 18 years or older who are Medicaid Community Pathways Waiver recipients through the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration and reside in Baltimore City or Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Saint Mary's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, or Worcester County.
