- Consists of 100 hours of in-person training that is completed over 4 weeks
- 40-hour in-person field practicum is coordinated for each participant within STAR and with other community partners
- Curriculum includes training on advocacy, cultural competancy, local resources and system navigation, care coordination support skills, outreach, public health, and health literacy
