Eligibility

Individuals of all ages with a primary diagnosis of a developmental or intellectual disability who are not enrolled in Medicaid or any home and community-based services waiver program, or receiving services funded by the DDA.

Provides financial assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities to use on adaptive equipment, assistive technology, caregiving services, camp, uncovered medical care, transportation, recreational services, and home modifications.
