Individuals 18 years or older, uninsured or underinsured, household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, and not enrolled or eligible for health insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance or employee-sponsored coverage, and
reside in Prince George’s, Charles, Calvert, St. Mary’s, or Montgomery County or the District of Columbia.
